Our 5-Week Spring Reset Small Group Training has officially wrapped up, and what an incredible journey it has been! Watching participants grow stronger, build confidence, and invest in their health and well-being has been truly inspiring.
But we're not stopping there.
I am already hard at work creating the next amazing experience, and I can't wait to share it with you!
Launching in July 2026, this unique program will take us beyond the walls of the gym and into the beauty of the outdoors. Think fresh air, movement, connection, grounding, renewal, and the healing energy of nature. This experience is being designed to help you reconnect with your body, recharge your mind, and embrace wellness in a whole new way.
Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking for a fresh and meaningful way to stay active, this program will offer something special for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Hi, I'm Joy Suchy - an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ERYT-500 yoga instructor, and certified in group fitness with specialties in indoor cycling and mat Pilates. I'm passionate about helping people feel their best, inside and out. Whether I'm leading a strength session, a yoga class, or a heart-pumping cycle ride, my goal is always to create a space where you feel inspired to move with intention.
I truly care about each of my clients and love building real connections that go beyond just reps and routines. Fitness isn't one-size-fits-all, and I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them grow stronger in body, mind and confidence.
When I'm not teaching or training, you'll probably find me outdoors - gardening, hiking, kayaking, capturing moments with my camera or Jeeping down a back road. Movement, nature, and connection fuel me, and I bring that same energy into every session I lead.
