I began my yoga journey over 10 years ago when I attended my first Vinyasa Yoga class at a local community center. I was instantly hooked. As a regular weight lifter, yoga was the perfect complement to my regular workout routine. As I continued to grow within my practice, I discovered the many benefits provided through a regular yoga practice and wanted to learn more.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with CorePower Yoga in January 2021. I completed my 300 hour training with CorePower Yoga in December 2022. In addition to my yoga certifications I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor, I have my Indoor Cycling certification as well as a Pilates Mat certification. I am also certified in various SilverSneakers formats.
I am a wife and a mother. My husband and I have three children. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors: gardening, kayaking, hiking, painting and photography. When I'm not working on one of my many hobby projects, you will find me as the Yogi Biker Chick on the back of my husband’s motorcycle.
